Project Health Check

The Project Health Check diagnostic tool is a 30-item questionnaire designed to support learners to self-assess their team’s risk management approach on any given project.

The Project Health Check report combines a respondent’s Opportunities-Obstacles (QO₂) data and Project Health Check questionnaire responses to create customised and actionable feedback relating to the balance of Opportunities- vs Obstacles-seeing behaviour within a team, from the learner's perspective.

Project Health Check is available with each Opportunities-Obstacles (QO₂) Profile subscription and can be used multiple times during the 2 year subscription period.
