Jill is an executive coach and organization development professional with 30 years of experience in developing people and organizations. She combines an empathetic yet direct coaching style with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics to drive business results for the individuals she coaches and the teams she develops.

Working with clients from diverse backgrounds, industries, and career levels, Jill specializes in individual coaching engagements, team development sessions, leadership transitions, and organization development initiatives. Throughout her career, she has served as a trusted advisor to senior-level executives and their teams. She is dedicated to coaching individuals to become the best version of themselves and guiding teams toward full interdependence and cohesion. She believes that self-aware leaders and cohesive leadership teams are the foundation of a healthy and successful organization.

Jill began her consulting career at Accenture in 1995, spending six years working in the pharmaceutical industry. In 2001, she joined Air Products and Chemicals, where she spent 15 years as an internal Organization and Talent Development professional. Since founding JHC in 2016, she has had the privilege of partnering with dozens of organizations and coaching hundreds of executive and developing leaders across various industries.

She holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education and Leadership Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Pennsylvania State University. Since 2021, she has been a member of the prestigious Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only council composed of leading business and career coaches, where she contributes as a thought leader and frequent panelist sharing expert advice and insights on leadership, executive coaching, team development, and organization culture.
